Go live in five minutes, not five days.
Provelify turns real activity in your funnels into live popups, like “Sarah from Austin just booked a call.” Real events only. Nothing faked.
From install to live, in four steps.
Four simple steps, start to finish. Follow them in order and you'll have live proof on your funnel in minutes.
- 1
Connect your CRM
Link your CRM account. One click from the Marketplace, or connect it from the Provelify dashboard.
Done when your Location shows as Connected. - 2
Create a campaign
Pick which events become popups and choose how they look. Then switch the campaign on.
Done when you have one campaign set to Active. - 3
Add the snippet
Copy one short line of code and paste it into your funnel. No developer, no setup, just paste and save.
Done when Provelify finds the widget on your page. - 4
See it live
Open your funnel or send yourself a test popup, and watch real proof appear for your visitors.
Done when your first popup has been shown.
Install & connect.
Two ways to connect. Both end on the same checklist, so pick whichever matches where you already are.
Install the app
- 1
Find Provelify in the Marketplace
Search for it from the Marketplace tab in your agency or sub-account. - 2
Click Install
This kicks off the secure OAuth authorization flow. - 3
Choose the Location and authorize
Pick the sub-account you want Provelify running on. - 4
The install finishes
Provelify now appears in that Location's left menu.
★Agencies: install once per Location you want to use. Locations under the same company are grouped, so you can switch between them from the web dashboard.
Open the dashboard
- 1
Click Provelify in the left sidebar
It loads right in place, no separate tab or window. - 2
Signs you in automatically
Single sign-on, so there’s no separate Provelify login to set up. - 3
Drops you on the activation checklist
This is where you connect your CRM and create your first campaign.
Create an account
- 1
Go to app.provelify.com
Choose Sign in or Sign up free. - 2
Log in with Google or email
Whichever login method is faster for you. - 3
You’ll see “Connect an integration” at first
That’s just a placeholder — it disappears on its own once you connect your CRM, and real data takes its place.
Connect your CRM
- 1
Open Integrations
Find it in the Provelify web app sidebar. - 2
Click Connect
This opens the Location chooser. - 3
Pick your Location and authorize
You land back on Integrations once it’s done. - 4
Wait for it to show Connected
That's the sign you're ready to move on.
Six quick screens, then publish
Creating your first campaign is a short guided wizard. Remember to set it Active, an inactive campaign shows nothing.
Add the widget snippet.
Copy it once and paste it into your funnel's tracking code. The same snippet works everywhere.
<script
src="https://app.provelify.com/widget.js"
data-workspace-id="YOUR_WORKSPACE_ID"
async
></script>Where to paste it
Whole site
One funnel
Sub-account
Publish or refresh the page once. When the widget loads, step 3 ticks over and you'll see “Widget detected.”
See it go live.
Three ways to confirm proof is flowing. The fastest is a test popup, straight from your dashboard.
Open your funnel
Visit the live page (or tap Open host from the checklist).
Send a test popup
Preview instantly from the dashboard, no waiting for a real event.
Trigger a real event
Submit a form or book a call, then watch Analytics update.
What happens behind the scenes

Most first-run hiccups are one of these. Still stuck? Drop us a line.
“Connect an integration” keeps showing
No CRM link yet. Use Integrations → Connect, or install from the Marketplace.
“Finishing connection” never lands
Wait a minute and refresh, then confirm the app is installed on that Location.
No popups on the funnel
The campaign must be Active and the snippet must be in the page Head. Then hard-refresh the funnel.
Snippet step never completes
Open the published funnel (not just the builder preview), and check the script’s workspace id.
Events show in Analytics, but no popups
Your triggers or page targeting don’t match the event or the URL.
You’re seeing the wrong Location’s data
Switch Location with the workspace switcher in the web app.
